Trained as a mathematician and philosopher, Ramsey completed a translation of Wittgenstein's Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus as a 19 year-old at Cambridge, under the hand of his professor C.K. Ogden (of course, now commonly known as the 'Ogden translation').
