A Reproduction English Civil War Period Pikeman's Armour In Mid-17th Century Style Of steel, comprising wide-brimmed pot made in two pieces with domed skull embossed with a design of recessed triangulars on each side above two rows of dome-headed brass rivets, the brim with recessed turned border with a row of rivets en suite, triangular ear-pieces, gorget of two pieces, breast-plate with medial ridge drawn-out to a point at the base and with double recessed turns at the neck and arms, back-plate with adjustable shoulder-straps reinforced with riveted plates and secured by pivot-hook catches, deep skirt carrying rectangular embossed tassets each with double recessed and turned borders, decorated at the bottom with a row of three circles formed of dome-headed brass rivets, and secured by pivot-hook catches engaging with pierced hinges, and decorated overall with rows of dome-headed brass rivets en suite For further information on this lot please visit Bonhams.com For further information about this lot please visit the lot listing

Buyers' Premium and Charges
For all Sales categories, buyer's premium excluding Cars, Motorbikes, Wine, Whisky and Coin & Medal sales, will be as follows:
Buyer's Premium Rates
28% on the first £40,000 of the hammer price;
27% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £40,000 up to and including £800,000;
21% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £800,000 up to and including £4,500,000;
and 14.5% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £4,500,000.
A 3rd party bidding platform fee of 4% of the Hammer Price for Buyers using the following bidding platforms will be added to the invoices of successful Buyers for auctions starting on or after 6th July 2024 – Invaluable; Live Auctioneers; The Saleroom; Lot-tissimo.
VAT at the current rate of 20% will be added to the Buyer's Premium and charges excluding Artists Resale Right.
